More about the programme...
The programme is intended for people with acute or chronic conditions resulting from injuries, degenerative changes, congenital malformations, or various chronic rheumatic diseases. It is used to reduce symptoms such as pain and numbness, increase mobility, strengthen muscles, accelerate recovery, and generally improve quality of life.
The therapy consists of individual therapeutic exercises tailored to the patient’s condition. Electrotherapy procedures are applied as indicated and are used to reduce pain and oedema, increase mobility, improve circulation and reduce numbness.
Hydrotherapy procedures include group or individual exercise sessions in a pool, galvanic baths and underwater massages. Exercises in a pool with heated seawater help improve fitness, reduce stiffness and relax muscles, while massage jets additionally stimulate circulation and relax tense muscles. Galvanic baths help improve circulation and reduce numbness. Underwater massage is very effective for treating large muscle groups.
